Personal, Professional MUSIC TEACHING - THE WAY IT SHOULD BE
FEES AND PAYMENT METHODS
Tuition fees are from £34.00 per hour, pro rata for Half hour £17.00 or 2 hours £68.00, which is in line with the Integrated Society of Musicians members' fee rates for my experience and qualifications.
Higher rates may be charged for higher level teaching at Diploma level. Lessons are normally invoiced monthly in advance.
Invoices for the coming month are issued on the 1st of each month.
Payment may be made by:
- Bank transfer
- Cash.
- NatWest mobile phone banking.
- IMPORTANT Cheques are not accepted.
Lessons which are taken on an ad hoc basis should be paid for at each lesson attended
Accompanying my existing students for exams when necessary is included in the teaching fees. Other teachers students requiring accompaniment may be undertaken with fees by arrangement.
Performance, recording and broadcast rates are charged at the ISM professional
rates taking into account the type of performance and expenses involved.
A Bursary scheme for established students in the unfortunate event of redundancy is operated where possible.
Details of this scheme are available if this is needed. (I hope it isn't!)
